Chancellor's Message

The Sibi district holds a significant place in the history of Baluchistan. It is not only known for its rich cultural heritage, archeological and tourist sites but there is also a plethora of hidden treasure that still need to be showcased to the world at large. An important means of gaining exposure is the creation of higher educational institutes and quality research production. It is matter of immense pleasure for people of Sibi that an institute of higher learning has been established here that not only offers quality higher education at an affordable cost but also highlights the essential existence of its heritage and archeology. It is a delight to see the varsity showing improvement with every passing day. It is also indeed a matter of great satisfaction to note that the research trend at university is prospering and the institution is taking small but crucial steps toward achieving higher academic standards.

I hope that the university administration, parents and community will contribute to the efforts to take this nascent institute at par with reputable institutions of the country. I am optimistic that very soon MCKRU with its hard working staff and zealous students would emerge as an internationally recognized institution of higher learning I urge the university staff and students to collaborate with varsities at both national and global levels to keep themselves abreast of latest development taking place in their respective fields.

Being a chancellor, I am confident that university will not only excel in the field of higher education but would equally strive to inculcate moral and social values in the students for a better tomorrow.
